AS AN ENTREPRENEUR Industrious Skillful Leader The formidable Eunice exhibited an early flair for business that was impossible to ignore. Recognizing her raw talent and hunger for entrepreneurship, her father secured a prime location for her at the Tema Harbour, where she could showcase her culinary skills. It was there, amidst the bustling activity of the port, that Eunice’s taste for serial entrepreneurship was born. She observed businesswomen brokering frozen fish deals right in front of her shop, and it wasn’t long before she decided to venture into the frozen fish industry herself. With the proceeds from her culinary business, Eunice began to explore trading in frozen fish, forging strong relationships with Mankoadze Fisheries and other agencies operating Cold Storage facilities. Her entrepreneurial spirit was relentless, driving her to expand her business interests even further. In 1982, Eunice’s burgeoning entrepreneurial career took another leap forward when she was appointed as the Manager of her father’s Guest House in Community 7, Tema. She skillfully managed these enterprises, building a reputation for excellence and leadership, until she left Ghana for Italy in 1987. Eternally Cherished 13 Hon. Dcns.
